THE LEVEL OF SOLUBLE L-SELEGTIN IN SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

Summary.  34 patients with SLE examined. All patients were measured the level of summary antibody content to IgG class cardiolipin of soluble L-selectin (sCD62L), antibodies to D-DNA summary index of inflammatory process SLE activity and other routine markers. The elevated sCD62L level was found to associate with the activity SLE index increase and to correlate with SLE index, ESR CRP level and summary antibody content to IgG class cardiolipin.
