Summary. Entrapment neuropathies of the upper extremities are one of the complications of some rheumatological diseases and in practice can occur in patients with chronic polyarthritis, tendovaginitis, or with massive arthritic ostheophytes in the elbow, radiocarpal joints or joints of the wrist.
