Summary. Summary. The article presents a clinical case of late diagnosis of stomach cancer in men 60 years of age, which manifested scleroderma-like paraneoplastic syndrome. Сourse the scleroderma-like syndrome characterized by severe progression, the absence of typical lesions of the internal organs and Raynaud’s syndrome, a considerable induration of the skin.
