CASE DIAGNOSIS OF SCLEREDEMA OF BUSCHKE AS A RARE SCLERODERMA-LIKE DISEASES

Summary. Scleredema of Buschke is a rare connective tissue disorder of unknown aetiology. Authors of article is described a case of diagnosis of this rare disease in men 52 years. Sderedema of Buschke characterized by marked thickening in the neck, upper part of the chest, shoulder girdle to the dominance of the pathological process in the subcutaneous tissue. The density of tissue is determined at the same time as the density of paraffin and lead to significant restrictions on movement. In article is presented a detailed clinical description of cases, laboratory data and histopathological opinion. The differential diagnosis with other scleroderma-like diseases is carry out.
