CYTOKINE MARKERS OF JUVENILE IDIOPATHIC ARTHRITIS ACTIVITY

Summary. A comparison of cytokine levels in patients with JIA at different activity levels and at the time of remission has been made. The results of the analysis showed that IL-6, soluble receptor of tumor necrosing factor (sTNF-1R) and sCD25 are sensitive markers of the disease activity, and can be used for JIA activity monitoring.
