Summary. There are presented modern nomenclature, principles of diagnostics, differential diagnostics and treatment of ANCA-associated vasculitidies. Separately allocated approaches to induction and maintenance of remission, monitoring and prevention of treatment complications, as well as the concept of refractory disease.
