Summary. Summary. The article describes the indications of biological agents usage, such as tocilizumab, with prior appointment of methylprednisolone. Originally started from minipuls therapy, then oral methylprednisolone use, followed by reduction of the methylprednisolone dose at the onset of tocilizu­mab monotherapy, which resulted a long-term and stable remission of RA.
