A 5-year prospective study of 81 patients with SSc, who are in the regional registry, regularly surveyed and get regular medical care in a rheumatology department was carried out. It was found that patients with dcSSc had more severe fibrotic changes – pneumofibrosis and skin thickening, and in patients with lcSSc were more defined features of vascular pathology — arterial hypertension.
