Described the case of clinically latent signs of disease diagnosis non specific aortoarteritis (NAA) only during the development of endovascular stealsyndromesubclavian-vertebraland subclavian-carotid zoneswas possible onlyunder conditions of angiographic confirmation. Difficulties indiagnosis described the case due to the fact that the patient hadstated when addressing non-specific symptoms, which in noway indicated the presence of NAA. Deep irreversible morphologicalchanges in the blood vessels, making unfavorable course of NAA and regression averse, even with the use of modern medicaltechnology.
