Summary. The purpose and objectives of the study was to investigate the affection of separate joints in systemic vasculitis, their X-ray sonographic characteristics, the correlation of the severity articular syndrome with extra-articular manifestations of the disease, as well as aspects of the pathogenesis of arthritis in this category of patients.
