Actual aspects of patients with osteoarthritis and combined dyslipidemia management

Summary. Summary. The data of clinical efficiency of nabumetone, diclofenac and fenofibrat at patients with osteoarthritis and dyslipidemia are presented in the article. Positive changes of the osteoarthritis and combined dyslipidemia were marked after treatment. It was set the reduction synovitis intensity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein level and clinical symptoms of osteoarthritis and dyslipidemia after 12 weeks of treatment. Despite of equal clinical efficiency of nabumetone and diclofenac, it was set the higher level of such effects as hypertensive crises, legs` oedema, increase of alanine aminotransferase and gastropathy in the group, where diclofenac had been prescribed.
