Summary. Summary. The article provides a review of the current literature on the pathogenic features of arterial hypertension in patients suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The complicated and immune-mediated nature of the condition requires both a very careful diagnostic process and appropriate treatment for hypertension. The article reports two cases of symptomatic arterial hypertension different genesis in patients with this illness.
