Associative links between interleukin-17 serum level clinical, laboratory activity characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis

Summary. The current data concerning pathogenetic role of interleukin-17 (IL-17) are described and observational results of associative links between сlinical, laboratory parameters of rheumatoid arthritis activity and IL-17 serum level are presented in the article. It was defined that IL-17 serum level potentially could reflect the level of autoimmunity process activity and the its purposeful depression could be perspective direction of innovative therapy.
