Summary. Summary. In this work the characteristics of granulomatous inflammation in some rheumatologic diseases is presented. Granulomas develope with participation of immunopathological mechanisms and it is possible to block the granulomatous process development at the molecular level with anti-cytokine therapy. Anti-cytokine therapy is being effectively used in rheumatoid arthritis, but it is apparently useful in relation to other granulomatous diseases in rheumatological practice. No Comments » Add your |
