Summary. Summary. The prevalence of rheumatic diseases in conditions of pregnancy is considered in the review, physiological and pathophysiological effects of gestational age on the course of the main rheumatic diseases and some aspects of their influence on the frequency of pregnancy, childbirth complications and occurrence of neonatal pathology are discussed in it. The data on fertility, contraception and infertility problems are given.
