IMMUNE INFLAMMATION, CELLULAR AND HUMORAL IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS OF CHRONIC HEART DISEASE WITH ANGINA PECTORIS

Summary. Summary. The work purpose was to estimate the immune status, an exchange of lipids and a en-dothelium functional condition in patients with the chronic form of an ischemic heart disease. 230 patients with CHD ІІ-PV functional class with a stable angina pectoris were examined. Middle age of patients was 56 (49-63). The control group consists of 133 healthy individuals aged 4T (3B-60). The peripheral blood was a material for immunological and biochemical investigations. It is established that presence of the chronic form of an ischemic heart disease (a stable angina pectoris) in patients is associated with functional activity of immune system, namely with high synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines, phagocytes system activity, T-cellular and humoral links of specific immunity. In patients with the chronic form of an ischemic heart disease with a stable angina pectoris а endothelium dysfunction, significantly high level of lipoproteins oxidations and a tendency to growth of atherogenous lipids levels were established.
