Summary. Isolated cutaneous vasculitis (vasculo­pathy) is a complex problem that occurs in practice of rheumatologists and dermatolgists that requires joint cooperation. The article presents a review of the literature regarding the clinical manifestations of cutaneous vasculitis. This article shows the working classification, diagnosis, and treatment approaches. A case from practice is introduced.
